Funerals, Memorials, SCATTERING OF ASHES AND END-OF-Life Ceremonies

Losing a loved one can be overwhelming, and making decisions during such tender times is never easy. As a celebrant, I offer compassionate support to help you create a ceremony that reflects your loved one’s spirit and your family’s wishes—whether it’s a full burial service with a graveside blessing, a simple crematorium ceremony, or an intimate ashes scattering in a meaningful place.
Ashes scattering ceremonies and memorial services provide space to share memories, honor connections, and begin the healing process. Each ceremony is crafted with care, ensuring it feels personal and heartfelt.
For those nearing the end of life, I offer a supportive space to reflect, share stories, and even plan their own farewell, bringing comfort and clarity to both the individual and their loved ones.
Whatever your needs, I’m here to create a ceremony that feels authentic, meaningful, and filled with love.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AND HOW I WILL SUPPORT YOU?
Honouring Your Loved One with Care and Compassion
Losing someone you love is deeply painful, and planning a funeral can feel overwhelming. As your celebrant, my role is to support and guide you through this process, helping you create a meaningful, personal ceremony that truly reflects the life, values, and spirit of your loved one.
Every service I create is bespoke—thoughtfully crafted to honor their unique story. Together, we’ll choose music, poetry, readings, or prayers that feel right, whether incorporating religious elements or none at all. I can lead the entire service or support family and friends who wish to contribute their own words and reflections.
Connecting with You
You can reach out to me directly, or your funeral director may initiate contact. Once we confirm the basic details, I’ll arrange a time to meet—typically in the comfort of your home. If you prefer, we can meet at a location that feels more suitable, such as a café, a community space, or online via Zoom. (Virtual meetings are especially helpful if you’re in another country or unable to meet in person.)
During our conversation, I’ll gently guide you through sharing memories, stories, and the small but significant details that made your loved one special—their passions, milestones, and the moments that defined their life. Having close family members or friends present can be helpful, but if someone important can’t attend, they’re welcome to email me their thoughts, or you can share notes on their behalf.
With your permission, I may record our conversation to ensure I capture every detail accurately. These recordings are always deleted once the eulogy is finalised
Crafting the Service
Within a couple of days, I will send you a draft of the eulogy for your review. You are welcome to provide feedback, suggest edits, and ensure that every detail feels right. Once finalized, I’ll confirm the structure of the service with you, including any readings, music, or contributions from family and friends.
On the day of the service, I will arrive early to greet you and ensure everything runs smoothly. My role is to hold space for you and your loved ones—to deliver the ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and dignity.
Additional Support
If you plan to scatter your loved one’s ashes or inter them in a family plot at a later date, I can create a short, meaningful ceremony for this occasion as well. This additional service is available for £120—simply reach out when the time feels right.
I am here not just to lead a service but to offer compassionate support as you navigate this moment. Together, we will honour and celebrate a life well lived.
