I curate and plan a bespoke sound/vocal/frequency healing offering on a 1:1 basis. This type of offering would be created specifically for you with an understanding of the specific healing needs and desires. This type of sound healing is especially valuable for those looking to dive deep into emotional, physical, mental or spiritual healing and wellbeing. Every session is a vocal improvisation throughout.

All sessions are 60 mins and begin with a meditation and breathing followed by deeply immersive sound healing.

1:1 vocal guidance/activation is for those wanting to learn to express through their sung voice. These are not traditional singing lessons. This is a deeply somatic healing session designed to support you in finding freedom of expression by using your sung voice. During these sessions we dive into breathing and vocal technique as well and journeying through and surrendering into the art of improvisation.

All sessions are 60 mins and begin with a meditation followed by guided and gentle exploration into using your voice. No experience is necessary however I can also work with experienced singers.

PLEASE NOTE – You can combine vocal activation and sound healing together. Every session can be tailored depending on how much time you wish to spend on each aspect.
