Description
You are permitted to use the music in the following ways:
- Spoken-word recording: Use as background music for a meditation, breathwork journey and/or other guided narration with unlimited distribution. At least one-third of the total duration must include narration (see Section 4).
- YouTube and online videos: Use in videos across any platform, with unlimited distribution and monetisation. At least one-third of the music duration must include narration (see Section 4)
- Live streaming and video conferencing: Use as background music, with unlimited streaming (on zoom for example). At least one-third of the music duration must include narration (see Section 4).
- Personalised recordings: Use in customised spoken-word recording for clients (clients cannot resell these recordings). The music must remain fully intact in that the entire track must be used but can be edited to include additional elements such as binaural beats.
- Events and offerings: This music can be used in live events either online or in person as a backdrop to your guidance and spoken word.
You are not permitted to use the music in the ways outlined below.
- Distribute the music on its own (e.g., as standalone music files, music-only videos, or embedded in a media player).
- Use the music for subliminal recordings with inaudible voice.
- Claim the music as your own by altering it
- Use the title of our music as the title of your own production.
- Sub-license or distribute the music as part of a music library or similar service.
